Today wasn't too bad:
I ate the following:
- Two Tim Horton Tim Bit Donuts
- Four vegetarian breakfast sausages (gave half of one to my mom, she wanted to try it), (altogether = size of a hot dog)
- Spaghetti sauce (no noodles, large bowl though, but not too large)

Today, so far:
I'm nearly finished my shopping lists.
I have eaten two Timbit Donuts from Tim Horton's, the plain kind.
I think I'm going to eat another four of the vegetarian breakfast sausages.
For dinner I think I will have spaghetti sauce, no noodles and that is it.

I'm going for my nap.
Naptime!
I'm all ready so I'm going to go take a quick 15minute power nap.
After this, all I have to do is put on my clothes and put in my contacts.
Note to self: Try to eat as little as possible / I ate way too much yesterday. I didn't eat anything until 6:00 pm, but I ate three slice of pizza, two green pepper and onion, once cheese, four vegetarian breakfast sausages, but they're about the size of a hot dog, a small plate of spaghetti, and a full slice of garlic bread.
Goal: to have a BMI of 15.9
